NOT a way to make $$ (i think everyone pretty much knows that from the way we price our products :P)... buut more so a way to share sparkles! <3

CFTW: A Millionaire's First Love

over these past few months, we got a LOT of requests to carry Swarovski's bigger heart crystals. it's taken us quite some time to get a good deal from our supplier buut we did it... and soooo here it is!

CFTW: Snow Angel

this piece features the super popular 20mm Snowflake crystal :) We decided to pair it with the 30mm Pegasus in Black Diamond to give it that naughty twist *rawrrr* lol. not many people know this but the Pegasus crystal is actually Swarovski's take on an angel's wing... hence why we named this piece a "Snow Angel"... get it get it? bahahahaha we're witty lol

We're bringing it back ladies and gents!

For the recent release of New Moon, we thought this bracelet was approapriate =)

This is a repeat from one of our very old designs BUT with a few changes

Here is the picture of the OLD bracelet:

So its basically the same components just with our sterling silver extras =)

also the heart toggle is no longer available ... i kno i kno its a shame

but we just cant find a good enough supplier! Anyway the lobster clasp is cute too!

We chose to make the bracelet with the heart link because thats what this bracelet represents right? ;))

LOVE TRIANGLE....how scandalous lol

Anyway if you don't already know, heres the gist of it:

Bella's bracelet is made with links and a delicate heart and toggle clasp. From the links, Jacob Black hangs a carved wooden wolf and Edward Cullen adds a diamond heart.

SO YEAH! Heart = Edward and Wolf = Jacob lol

ANYWAY this CFTW it special...why?

...because its limited edition and we do not sell the wolf charm separately

so that means YOU CAN ONLY GET THAT CHARM WHEN YOU ORDER THE WHOLE BRACELET

so all you crafty people out there can't make it on you own =(

we've opened ourselves up once again to International orders! YAYYYY lol. Here's just the rundown from our FAQ page in our official store:

→ How much is shipping?

$2 for Canada
$3 for US
$4 International

. . . these are the rates for Standard Mail, which has no insurance coverage and no tracking. We've never had problems with lost/stolen mail (we did get 1 instance where our customer found the wait was too long buuut that was due to custom delays!) sooo we don't see the point in charging our customers extra for those services. If you do want tracking and insurance, let us know :)

→ How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Canadian addresses = up to 2 weeks (on average though it'll be about a week, sometimes as little as 2 business days :);
U.S. addresses = up to 6 weeks
International addresses = up to 8 weeks

. . . Shipping delays are caused by customs, which we have no control over :( I know the long wait is a bummer buuut we promise, the wait is worth it ♥

1. place a drop of glue in the "cupped" portion of the post

2. take your Crystallized Swarovski stud (use a pair of tweezers cuz it can get sticky!) and place them on top of the cupped post (alternate: lay your crystal on a flat surface and place your cupped post over it)

3. apply pressure to the post and stud to make sure they're secure (but not too much!)

4. repeat for the other stud :P
5. leave them to dry for 24 hours . . . anddd voila! they're now worth $15 ;)

SO I bought circle lenses at around this time last year and
since they only last for one year its time to buy new ones! =)
I got them from this site www.eyecandylens.com

So like most asian girls im obsessed with BIG eyes!
so i first found out about circle lenses a year and a half ago
and wanted them SO BAD lol
For those of you who dont know what circle lenses are,
they're these special type of contact lenses that have an extra black ring on them
so that they make your eyes look BIGGER
have you ever seen those asian girls pose with their GIGANTIC doll eyes
and thought to yourself darrrn shes lucky! lol
before I found out about circle lenses I thought they were natural too =P
so after much research I decided to head over to pmall to get my pair
when I got there I found out how SUPER OVER PRICED they were! arrggh
well so I did some more research and found out about eyecandylens.com

This site carries A LOT of lenses (so hard to choose!)
Anyway I finally decided and got the hypersize circle black lenses
they have the largest enlargement so it gives you a really dolly look
anyway i wanted something natural so i went for the black ones
but really if you want something natural then you should get BROWN!
black gives you more of a doll eyed effect

Anyway they are really nice and answer emails very promptly!
What I like about them is that they do FACETRADES! =))
I really dont like waiting around for shipping and
would rather schedule a meetup and they do that! =))

it's been freeeeezing cold these past few days . . . this piece was inspired by the weather :)
this CFTW features subtle coloured crystals, which can be easily paired with any outfit!

sooo hard to photograph buuut trust us,
this combo looks AMAZING in person
(i wore it to work today andd got sooo many compliments

the Golden Shadow heart is one of the most popular crystals we have andddd definitely one of our fave crystals to work with. It has a super nice golden sparkle with subtle colouring . . . = can be paired with different colours without it clashing/being "too much" orrr can be worn on its own :)

as sparkly as it looks on the picture, it still doesnt do justice to the crystal
(you'll find we say this a lot with our pieces . . .
what do you expect? we have a crappy camera + crappy camera skills LOL)

decided to pair it with our diamond curb chain for that extra sparkle!

g'morning everyone!

the website's about 95% done . . . we still need a new logo :( this just doesn't cut it . . .

it has no wow factor!

i actually loooove our original logo (designed by my bf :) anddd had NO plans of changing it buuut we came up with the website concept first andddd once we put the logo + website together . . . let's just say it wasn't a match made in heaven :( lol

anyway, itll have to do for now . . . my bf worked on this whole thing for far too long, he needs a break :P lol. regardless, im super super thankful that he did all this pro bono (well it's not like he had a choice, what kind of bf would charge his gf money? lol). buuut yahh, i keep on telling him to start taking in web design projects on the side (he gets LOOOTS of offers) . . . he's quite a talented designer! buuut he doesn't care about all that, he actually hates web designing lol. he's quite content with his full time job doing geeky stuff at a geeky firm :P whatever, i shouldn't be complaining . . . my bf can afford to spoil me silly + drive a niiiiiiice car + buy a condo DOWNTOWN for investment purposes = i'm a happy gf :) lol

anywayyyy, im super excited about the new website :) hehehehee. we chose a super simple colour scheme . . . brown + white! we actually had to go through soooo many iterations until we got to one that we both agreed on! first one ended up looking too tacky since we tried to go overly complex with the design . . . in the end, the saying "less is more" held true for the design :)
(believe it or not, the final design only took 2 hours to complete!!).

one thing im super super excited about is the whole "Fan Club" concept of the website. people who love our products can actually "join" our store, upload their own pics anddd have a profile they can update . . . best of all, they can "favorite" different products within our store anddd leave "Fan Feedback" (testimonials :P) for other people to read! :)

sooo yahh, we'll definitely use the Fan Club feature of our website for giveaway purposes! we'll do a random drawing for "Fan of the Month" (in place of our "Cutie of the Month" contest, which tends to get overly competitive!) . . . this will definitely save everyone time too since they only have to join once anddd they'll be eligible EVERY TIME there's a raffle :)

bahhhh before i ramble any further . . . we were supposed to wait til after church before we launched our new website buuuut i feel like being a "rebel" and announcing it early :) lol
